Introducing Kaiku, Tangram HQ Studio's SEO and GEO visibility platform

Kaiku measures whether a brand shows up in Google and in answers from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude, then ranks the actions that will help it get cited. The platform is still in development, in alpha.

Montreal, September 18, 2026. Tangram HQ Studio introduces Kaiku, its SEO and GEO visibility platform. Kaiku is built for businesses and agencies that want to know how their brand is presented in Google and in AI answer engines. The platform is still in development, in alpha.

Why Kaiku

Customers no longer just search Google: they also ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini or Claude, and those tools name businesses in their answers. A brand that ranks well in Google can be missing from those answers. Kaiku measures both, side by side. This is what is called GEO: generative engine optimization.

The name comes from the echo: a message goes out and comes back. Kaiku measures what comes back from Google and AI tools when someone searches for a company's field.

What Kaiku does

  • It asks AI engines the questions customers type, in their language and market, and records who is cited, at what rank and from which sources.
  • It tracks seven AI tools, including ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Google's AI Overviews and AI Mode, and Microsoft Copilot.
  • It cross-references those results with the company's own data: Search Console, Google Analytics 4, the Google Business Profile, Bing Webmaster and other sources.
  • It gives two scores from 0 to 100, one for SEO and one for GEO, never added together, with every point explained.
  • It ranks actions by impact: the page to expand, the markup to add, the external source to target.
  • It reruns the analysis every week and compares the brand with its competitors.

Numbers you can check

Kaiku works with real data, never estimates, and every score shows where it comes from. For Google data, the period summary is calculated by Kaiku's own servers: that data is not sent to an AI. The interface is available in French and English, and prices are in Canadian dollars.

Status

Kaiku is still in development, in alpha: its features and scores evolve from one release to the next. A first scan can already be run at kaiku.ca, with a free one-month trial and no credit card. See also the Kaiku page.
